We decided to sit outside on the sunny porch overlooking the water and golfers. I do not like golf but I will say this golfers dress in colorful clothes. Greens, pinks, pastels yea, they are ridiculous shorts, socks and these shirts with their bellies hanging over but they are a colorful lot and 99.9 % male.
We sit down and the guy who comes over to take our drink order knows Bill. He has been there since the opening in 1999. We order our drinks and i say to Bill, "Bill, you're respected here."
