After resting a bit in the room, we head for dinner down at Cannon Beach about 15 minutes away. I picked a place from the room information book. The Wayfarer, a seafood house right on the water.
Cannon Beach has great restaurants, cafes, lots of lodging and one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The one negative is that it is too commercial. I know Martha and Rick lived here, I have to asked them if it was less so back in the past. Bill seems to think that it has exploded with commercialism.
After dinner, we took a evening walk on the beach toward the mighty Haystack Rock and the needles. We have been walking Cannon Beach either every morning, or evening
