Now from Florence to Yachats is spectacular driving! Rugged Coastline and deep forest mountain driving was beautiful. We know in Arch Cape where we have a reservation tomorrow is about 225 miles from Gold Beach so now the halfway point we begin looking for a place. We drive along this curvy road overlooking the coast when I notice a sign Oregon House. Hidden behind trees, on a bluff overlooking the water, we pull down the driving to the office door.
Stepping into the office the smell of incense fills my nostrils as a calming vibe comes over me. New age books on the shelf in front of the welcoming desk. The small office radiates peacefulness and serenity. I inquire about a room and am shown an apartment overlooking the water. It was there only room and at $155 a good deal.
The sliding patio door opens into our rooms as w drop our bags open the Pinot, sit on the sun drenched patio and share a moment.
